Draft law on the numeric

You can participate to the draft law on the numeric until the 18th October.

It is the first time a draft law is created with the participation of the Internet users before the sending to the Council of State and its adoption in the Council of ministers.
It is written in French.

The COUPERIN consortium (French libraries consortium in which we are members) proposed some amendments and additions:
assure the open access to publicly funded research results
obligation to deposit scientific publications in an open access repository
authorize text and data mining

You can support these propositions by voting for them or add a comment to the draft law and to share this information.
