What is the ILL Visitors Club ?

The ILL Visitors Club provides online access to all the information and administrative tools for our scientific visitors, presented in a user friendly environment.

After having become a member, you can log in with your personal ID, which gives you direct access to all the available information which concerns you.

Users with particular responsibilities have privileged access to other tools, according to their role.

Through the Visitors Club you can, for example:

• Submit a proposal to the ILL (standard proposals, EASY proposals, Long Term Proposals)
• Upload an experimental report
• View the acknowledgement of proposals and subcommittee results
• Register for an experiment
• View your accommodation details
• Perform your Health Physics Training
• Submit your user satisfaction forms
• Enter and update your personal data
