Food themes

You will find various menus served in the restaurant every day.

CookingLunch and dinner are based on a self-service buffet which offers you a wide range of starters, main courses, desserts, cheeses, fruits and drinks. At least one vegetarian main course is on offer for each service.

Starters

You can choose from a range of dishes prepared in advance or mix your own starter in the salad bar.

Main courses

For the weekday lunch service, five different main course themes are on offer. Each of them cater for a different taste or food culture.

"Tout en un" ─ warm and cold meals on a single platter. Here you can often choose meat and fish meals along with fresh vegetables.

"Terroirs"  ─ traditional and beloved meals from around the globe. Here you can choose from chicken tajine, couscous, moussaka or paella, for example.

"Simpl&Co" ─ food like your favourite home-made dish. Here you can choose from lasagnes, shepherd's pies, hake fillets or other classical meals.

"100% Nature" ─ for those who cater for well-balanced food and enjoy natural flavours. Here you find salad meals, for example.

"Brasero" ─ flavours of sun and garden. Here you can choose from fish and meat, prepared on a barbecue as you wait.   

For the evening and weekend lunch services, the choice is reduced to at least three main courses, one of which vegetarian.

Desserts

You can enjoy fresh pastries, puddings, dairy products, fruits or cheeses, for instance.

Coffee

Coffee is served in the cafeteria against a token you buy at the cashier of the restaurant.
