You can receive messages from the library via the mailing list biblio_l. If you want to be added to this list, please contact the library.

Loans

Only ILL, ESRF or EMBL staff as from the phone books of the Institutes are allowed to borrow documents from the Library.
The normal loan period is one month and a reader cannot borrow more than 5 books together.
Documents not for loan : Books with red label, Journals.
Documents which are not part of the Joint ILL-ESRF Library holdings can be obtained by Interlibrary loan (please use the internal link "Form for article request" on the left side of the page).

Copying facilities

There are two photocopying machines, one in the central archive room of the Library, one in the reading room near the new journals corner. On the copy machine in the central archive room, a scanner is available to scan and send documents by e-mail.
