Thanks to our sponsors and the EIROforum partners, participation in the School is free of charge for all participants. Nevertheless, travel and evening meals are at the expense of the participants.

• No registration fee is requested
• The hosting institutes will cover the cost of accommodation at the on-site guesthouse for the entire week (15-22 May)
• They will also pay for lunches in the on-site cafeteria during the 5 days of lectures (16-20 May).

• The whole school will take place on the EPN Science campus, with lectures being held in the ILL amphitheatre and the ESRF auditorium.
